I am a neuroscientist with a background in pharmacy and ten years of experience in multimodal neuroimaging. My current research focuses on cerebral hemodynamics and, in particular, on how astrocytes shape vascular dynamics and functional neuroimaging signals. I mainly work with functional ultrasound imaging (fUSi), alongside PET and MRI, as different ways of probing the living brain. I am currently a maître-assistant in Valerio Zerbi’s lab (Integrative Imaging and Translational Neurotechnologies) at the University of Geneva. Before this, I spent several years at the interface between academia and industry, notably at Theranexus and through the AIstroSight collaborative project, which strongly shaped my interest in connecting fundamental neuroscience with neurological disorders and therapy.
